The Broan QTXE110150DCSF exhaust fan finish pack comes from the Broan QT DC line of fans, offering exceptional performance with its high power, high efficiency, and quiet operation. It is engineered for continuous operation due to its plug-in, permanently lubricated, brushless DC motor. This DC motor enables you to select between 110, 130, and 150 CFM, giving you the option to select the right ventilation for your room on a continuous basis. Unlike standard motors, it only produces sound ratings of only 0.7 sones at 150 CFM, so you can now get rid of listening to those annoying noises from the fan. Certified by the Energy Star, it achieves 90% efficiency so you can let it run without any worries while keeping the air more comfortable.
The Broan QTXE110150DCSF features the Sensaire humidity sensing technology that also helps in achieving proper ventilation. With this technology, the fan automatically turns on when there’s a rapid to moderate increase of humidity or the humidity is above the set point of 50%-80% RH. Once the humidity has stabilized, the fan will turn off once the adjustable 5 to 60 minutes time delay setpoint is reached.
Included with this finish pack are hanger bars to position the housing anywhere on center joists and brighter white grilles that easily complements the ceiling paint.
