This DC motor enables you to select between 110, 130, and 150 CFM, giving you the option to select the right ventilation for your room on a continuous basis. Unlike standard motors, it only produces sound ratings of only 0.7 sones at 150 CFM, so you can now get rid of listening to those annoying noises from the fan. The Broan QTXE110150DCSL features the Humidity Sensing technology which also helps in achieving proper ventilation. With this technology, the fan automatically turns on when there’s a rapid to moderate increase of humidity or the humidity is above the set point of 50%-80% RH.
