The Gerber 49-731Â tub and shower "Econo" 1994 operates with a washerless cartridge to manage the water leak issue and adjust temperature limits. It has a smart automatic shut off feature in the event of hot or cold water failure. It also comes with a single-function showerhead (49-107) that functions well with a valve rated at 2.0 gpm (7.57 L/min) or higher.
