Hi! I would love to further assist you. You mentioned that you have the LadyLux Cafe 33755. The 33755 comes in RealSteel (33755SD1), Stainless Steel/Black (33755KD0), and Stainless Steel (33755SD0). However, both the 33755SD0 and 33755KD0 have been discontinued. I'm quite not sure if you have the RealSteel or the Stainless Steel. The stainless steel is shiny while the brushed nickel is not. The RealSteel is made from solid type 304 stainless steel. The appearance is similar to brushed stainless steel. It is stainless but not glossy, a bit more steel gray. With that said, I think the Grohe 46173EN0 in brushed nickel is the replacement head you need and the one closest to your current finish. But if you want to make sure about the finish, you can get back to me with the differences that you noticed, and if it's shiny/glossy or not.
