When the Honeywell CHW3610W1001 detects a water leak, temperatures that can freeze pipes, and humidity that can damage valuables, an audible (100 dB) alarm sounds an alert. This detector works with the Honeywell Lyric App.
As part of its easy to install feature, this battery-operated detector can be set up in minutes with the DIY (do-it-yourself) installation. It does not require an extra hub or base station. By adding extensions, you can create a longer cable and it can be expanded up to 500 ft. This product comes with a five-year warranty.
