It comes with an integrated Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) temperature sensor for effective water temperature sensing. With the help of the NTC thermistor, this water heater control can provide you with accurate water temperature control as well as temperature limit function. This Honeywell WT8840B1000 replaces the following water heater control models: WV8840B1042,  WV8840B1109, and WV8840B1110.
