This InSinkErator CC-101 control center will help you save water and energy. This control center utilizes two solenoid valves to automatically supply the exact amount of water for the grinding process of the garbage disposer. It also includes flow control valves with a 1GPM water flow rate. The automatic reverse control helps to boost the capacity of the cutting elements by preventing unwanted jams in the disposer. It actually gives 5-second reverse delay to avoid motor damage. The function of this control center doesn't stop after the grinding process or the motor is turned off. It has the so-called water shut-off delay (post flush) that lets the water flow for another 10 minutes, flushing away all food waste from the drain line. This CC-101 model is a NEMA 4 rated unit and constructed of stainless steel (outdoor/indoor use) to give necessary protection against particles and/or elements that can fail in other lower quality systems.
