This Stainless Steel PelletVent Pro Horizontal Cap is designed for pellet, corn and other pelletized bio-fuels. According to the manufacturer, you may need the FasNSeal series Special Gas Vents. You can check your appliance’s manual for “approved venting”. It would specify which vent you can use with the appliance. The manual could also say use Category II, III or IV venting or it might say UL1738.
