Draft Inducer Assembly Motor 70L60 act as a direct replacement for Fasco and Jakel motors. Usually if your Inducer Assembly starts making a squeaking noise, grinding or not moving at all under 115v it is time to replace. This is a common issue for any Natural Gas/ Propane furnace, because the mineral deposits in the gas can cause your inducer assembly to wear out. To replace disconnect the power to the furnace, and unplug inducer assembly motor from control board. Unscrew the 4 screws and disconnect the flue. Insert the new Inducer Assembly, Re-attach the Flue, and replace the 4 screws. Plug back into the housing, and turn the furnace power back on.
