The Liberty 283HV-3 Submersible Sump Pump is an automatic effluent pump suitable for low-head to mid-range pumping and basement dewatering. A heavy-duty pump enables sewage to be pumped over long distances. The pump has a discharge size of 1 1/2" and can handle solids of up to 3/4" in diameter. Its 1/3 hp oil-filled, permanent split capacitor motor is encased in a class 25 cast iron housing.
This Liberty 283HV-3 Submersible Sump Pump can pump up to 62.5 GPM at 5' head pressure and has a shut-off head of 39'. It comes with a piggyback float switch.
It includes a multiconductor 35' power cord. The voltage needed to run this pump is 208-230V single phase. It utilizes a vortex-style, engineered polymer impeller with pump-out vanes on the back shroud to prevent debris from clogging the seal area. More details are available in the specification sheets.
