The Liberty 450-2 Submersible Sump Pump is recommended for use for mound systems, STEP systems, high output sump applications, and liquid waste transfer. It is a heavy-duty pump with a high head that enables sewage to be pumped over long distances. The pump has a discharge size of 1-1/2" and it can handle solids of up to 3/8" in diameter. Its 1/2 HP oil-filled, permanent split capacitor motor is encased in an aluminum housing.
This Liberty 450-2 Submersible Sump Pump is manually operated. It includes a 10' power cord and an optional 25' power cord. The voltage needed to run this pump is 115V single phase. It utilizes a vortex style, polymer engineered impeller with pump-out vanes on the back shroud to prevent clogging of debris in the seal area.
