The Little Giant 511686 10SP2V2DA1 features a roto-molded polyethylene basin with a radial rib design that gives it extra durability. It is also equipped with a 2-inch vent port, a 2-inch discharge port, and a 360-degree molded handle.
The Little Giant simplex system has a 1/2 HP motor and a reliable External Control Module (ECM) switch. This ECM switch utilizes a ‘bell’ inside the basin for monitoring the liquid level while the rest of its components are located in the cover (outside the basin). With this innovative design, the chances of water intrusion are reduced, which in turn decreases chances of switch failure.
Another key feature of this simplex system is how the pump and discharge component is separated from the ECM switch. Such design facilitates easier access without disrupting the connections. Plus, the lack of moving switch parts inside the basin eliminates failure from ‘hang-ups’. Additionally, this premium simplex system is also equipped with indoor alarm for added functionality.
