The Refresh Handheld Showerhead is an excellent combination. I like that you can flow the water through both heads at the same time, it gives a little softer flow. The main rainshower head is very nice by itself and gives a stronger flow. I use the handheld when I wash my dogs and it makes that task a lot easier. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a hand held. Best of both worlds.

I was looking for a dual shower head and handheld so that I could give my wife her shower, as she has dementia and is no longer able to shower without help. This is the perfect solution, as the handheld has a gentle spray setting which is just right. But for my shower, the rainshower head is great, best I've ever had. The only difficulty I had with initial operation was that I wasn't sure how to change the handheld setting. I assumed it had to be rotating the head, but there were no indications anywhere how to do it, and my first attempts to rotate it were unsuccessful and I did not want to break it. Then I found if I pulled the head out slightly, it would turn. A picture or text would have helped. With better instructions I would have given a five star rating. I also agree with one other reviewer that a shutoff valve at the handheld would be very useful.

Ellipsis

The handshower showerhead leaks like a sieve. Even with plumbers tape, water leaks through the showerhead side of the connector. This would not happen if the showerhead would have been designed with a full screw. Instead it was designed with 2 sides of it shaved off so if the rubber seal gives, or does not work, you've got a leak that cannot be stopped with something that would likely be available (ie plumbers tape) at most peoples homes.

Great features, great showerhead HOWEVER after a year the connecter to the shower pipe just fell off. The threads of the connecter piece were stripped some how after normal use. Without that piece could not connect the showerhead. I wish the connecter piece was much more durable than this and wished I could have had much more use out of this shower head. If I knew it would break after a year I definitely wouldnt have purchased this product.
