About the Moen 8559BL Align M-Power Sensor Operated Lavatory Faucet - Matte Black
The Moen Align 8559BL is a transitional style lavatory faucet from the M-Power series and matches the rest of the Align collection. It is a sensor-operated faucet that has a default activation range of 5-1/2" but can be adjusted from a 3" to 12" distance. Located at the bottom center of this battery-powered faucet is the warning light that indicates its battery level. It includes 4 (AA) batteries upon purchase with AC (alternating current) compatibility. If you are to use an AC connection, the Moen 104630 transformer is required for up to 8 devices and the Moen 182538 connector for each device. This one-piece electronic faucet is of cast brass construction and comes in various finishes (identified by their suffix) such as matte black (current), brushed nickel, and chrome. Its angular spout design gives a geometric look at your sink and you can pair it with the Moen 8560BL M-Power soap dispenser that matches its traditional style.
The 8559BL faucet has a 0.5 GPM (gallons per minute) vandal-resistant multi-stream laminar flow. It is designed to be installed through a single hole 1-1/8" minimum diameter. It is ADA compliant and is guaranteed a 5-year warranty against material defects. This faucet is 5" tall and has a 5" spout length, too. It includes a stainless steel supply hose and a vandal-resistant below-deck box with mounting hardware that comes along. Allow for a 30-second deactivation for cleaning or maintenance.
