This smart shut-off valve is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, a great addition to your smart home protection system. Additionally, when connected to Wifi and subscribed to the Flo by Moen Property Water Security system, this smart shut-off valve communicates to a web-based dashboard that allows you to control the water security of your home, buildings, or other properties from any location. Also, you can get live water data, such as water flow rate, pressure, and water consumption, for each property that has this smart valve. Through this dashboard, you can receive real-time warnings for suspected leaks and remotely turn off the valve to prevent extensive damage and secure your investments.

This smart shut-off valve has an inlet diameter of 1” and is installed on the main supply line after the pressure regulator and before any fixtures or fittings. Integrated with MicroLeak technology, you can perform routine health tests that can detect leakage as small as a single droplet per minute.

Included in this 910-006 kit is a cellular antenna. This accessory provides a cellular service and a substitute for a WiFi connection that requires a recurring service fee for activation. This accessory can be purchased separately to retrofit the previously installed smart shut-off valve.
