We installed 3 handles 6 years ago in our new house and all 3 have broken.

This is the second handle that has broken. Very poor quality!! Looks like pot metal, the worst kind, should be hardened steel.

Nice look, but terrible design. I'm not sure why you would make this handle have a screw in portion -vs- just designing as one whole unit. We've limped along with super glue after 2years

Like everyone else that reviewed this product....looks good but breaks. Using small Vise Grips on it until I can find a replacement. I think everyone is out because they all need to be replaced.

I have NEVER had a toilet handle break in my lifetime until now. I couldn't believe it. New home 5 years ago and of course the handle breaks at 5 years and 2 months ... right after warranty runs out. No more Moen for me.
