I had the older style of this tub/shower combo. It works well. Pfister covers all of their faucet with 1 replacement for free. You may have to pay for shipping. However, that will beat not having a local hardware store that sell the right one.

I purchased this as a replacment for the last tub and shower combo that was about 10 to 12 years ago, works daily with 3 to 4 showers a day ,this perticulare unit i have installed in probablly 50 or more customers homes. Thanks for the oppertunity to tell you, have a great day!!!!

I bought unit somewhat like this many years ago,valve body assembly went defective a few times,I phoned and asked for replacement parts.....there no problem getting replacement parts at no charge,excellent company to deal with,I can,t say good enough about this company,my hat is off to you!!!!

I like the finish, however, the part that I don't like is the mixing valve. it tends to wear out quickly so I have to constantly contact Price Pfister for replacements. The last time I replaced the valve, the water starts hot, gets cold, then gets extremely hot. I have to constantly adjust the temperature. It would be nice if they make these valves more robust and consistent.

I want to love this product, but it's been nothing but trouble. The pull-up diverter never seals properly, so water comes out the faucet as well as the shower head. The new, replacement diverter I received actually works worse than the 'broken' one. And the 'mixing cartridge' wore out once and now the replacement one is close to being shot. Customer service is always fantastic, and the warranty has always been honoured. But truthfully, I just don't need this much grief from my shower unit.

I have this installed by a contractor when I was remodeling my bathroom. The price was good based on the features and color I wanted. It worked well for almost 8 years without any trouble. Just recently it started acting bad that only hot water was coming out in any setting of the handle. I called the company and they immediately told me what was wrong and said they will ship the parts free of charge. I received the part is time and installed myself. Great experience with company's customer service.

Pfister came without choice fitted everywhere in the house that we bought about 10 years ago. The house is now over 17 yrs old. I am delighted to tell you that all the pfister fittings have without doubt served me very very well till date. I had to change the mixer valve for my bath tub and shower unit as the o rings had seen its time !! Replacing it was as simple as "watchingTV" !! Pfister had it coureied to my residence in no time... All free of cost. Great service, great support and commitment from the Pfister family to stand by its customers. Keep it up Pfister .... We shall NEVER migrate !!
