Using this little Plug-in device allows the user access and control of Rain Bird irrigation systems from anywhere across the globe. A free mobile app provides user access to real-time alerts as well as advanced water management capabilities, right from their smart phone or tablet. This means you have off-site management at the touch of a button. A recent update to the app allows for Amazon Alexa integration for voice-activated control.
The LNK WiFi (F55000) is compatible with 3 different types of controllers: The ESP-TM2, The ESP-Me* series (ESP4ME, ESP4MEI), and the ST8 series timers. Contractors will love the ability to control more than one system with Multi-Site management capabilities, and residential owners and contractors alike will appreciate the built in notifications that include freezing condition alerts, date and time errors, and even an alert when watering is complete.
The Mobile app is simple straight forward and user-friendly, so even novice users are able to monitor, adjust, and turn the system on or of with ease. *Note: if the ESP-Me was manufacturered before November 2016, a new faceplate (639340, ESP-Me WiFi Enabled Replacement Panel) must be purchased in order for the LNK WiFi (F55000) to work. There is no available port for this module in pre 11-2016 models.
