Reed's IC1SL is an International Pipe Cutters. It has a 1-1/4" (min I.D.) capacity. It weighs .7 lbs. This set of cutters are designed to cut pipe from the inside (i.e. drain pipes, sprinkler drops, etc). It's heat-treated steel, saw-toothed blades on the IC1S, IC1SL, IC3/4S, and IC3/4SL internal pipe cutters make for fast cutting. This cutter has a 7" shaft, and comes with a saw blade.
