If your Cozy CDV155C heater is not working but you can see a steady, blue pilot flame, the thermostat may not be signalling the heater to come on. Meaning, the temperature around the thermostat is not cold enough. You can check the temperature by turning it all the way up. Make sure that it is on "Heat" rather than "Cool". Also, you have to make sure that the program is displaying the right day and time (a.m, p.m settings). Lastly, you can open the thermostat and gently blow out any dust or debris.
