About the Toro 89-1467 MPR 8-T Nozzle with Screen (Pressure Compensating)
The Toro 89-1467 is an 8' 120° nozzle from the MPR Nozzle Series, featuring a matched precipitation rate (MPR), which ensures all similar nozzles in the sprinkler system apply water at approximately the same rate. These MPR nozzles come pre-installed with Pressure Compensation Discs that conserve water virtually, eliminating excessive misting, which can lead to evaporation and dry spots.
This MPR Variable Arc Strip Nozzle has male threads and a flow rate ranging from 0.05-4.58 GPM at a pressure rating range of 20-75 PSI. It has an 8' spray radius with an adjustment screw on the top that allows for a 25% radius reduction. Each nozzle has a customized screen for consistent water flow and fine-mesh, snap-in filter screens for nozzles with lower flow applications.
MPR spray nozzles come in a variety of patterns and sizes, which include 5', 8', 10', 12', and 15' distances and 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and full-spray patterns, as well as Side, Center, and End strip Patterns.
