Hello! Thank you for posting your question. Yes, the THU689 comes with a rubber gasket, little hinge pieces, the bolt and the nut to tighten it up from the bottom. This THU689 would perfectly work if you have a non-skirted toilet. However, if yours is a skirted one the best to use is the THU651N that comes with a washer and black rubber gourmet.
