The Gerber 40-028-BN is an EPA/WaterSense certified lavatory faucet with a low flow feature of 1.2 gpm (4.5 L/min) with maximum aerator @ 60 psi. It uses a ceramic disc cartridge (GA507906N) which is known to be maintenance free and is generally guaranteed not to wear out. It is available in a brushed nickel finish.
