The T&S Brass 002827-40 is a base unit for single-hole deck-mounted faucets. It is a single-temperature faucet but it features a temperature mixing valve with integral check valves. This mixing valve is placed below the deck and it allows the user to adjust the water outlet temperature. It is corrosion-resistant because it is chrome-plated, which makes it last longer. This T&S Brass 002827-40 Deck-Mounted Faucet Base Unit comes with two 18-inch flexible stainless steel supply hoses with 1/2-inch NPSM or 5/8-inch compression connections. It also has a 3/8-inch NPT female outlet that fits all T&S rigid goosenecks. This faucet base has an Eterna cartridge and a lever handle with color-coded index for turning the water on and off.
